At Studio Gātha, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

Returns

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or custom-made orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized string art products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
